Driver and Bus Escort

Synergy has over 50 drivers. It has implemented strict compliance policies to assure the drivers' qualifications, driving safety as well as the service quality:

Drivers shall be aged 25 or above, pass the driving test and medical exam before employment
All new drivers have to attend the routes familiarization and bus/road trainings
A driver’s handbook which governs the driver’s disciplines, provides guidance and procedures for handling incidents/accidents
Appraisal and Performance Schemes in relation to the driving safety and service quality are in place to monitor the performances of the drivers
Periodical Check-Ride would be conducted by supervisors to access the driving behavior and performance of drivers

All bus escorts shall assist the students in boarding the buses, maintaining the regulation and ensuring safety
All bus escorts have to attend the routes familiarization and bus/road trainings before new academic year starts
All bus escorts shall report disciplinary matters to our bus coordinator immediately if any arise
A bus escort’s handbook which governs the bus escort’s disciplines, provides guidance and procedures for handling incidents/accidents
