Synergy Travel Service Limited will provide school bus service for German Swiss International School (GSIS) students on a contract basis for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Steps to submit application

          Enrolment Procedure

ONLINE REGISTRATION AND DEADLINE

All bus riders will be expected to register online. There will no longer be paper registration.

In order to allow sufficient time to prepare the various bus routes, to schedule pick up/drop off times, to process bus cards and to coordinate school buses to avoid overcrowding, parents should submit the application on or before the deadline below for all GSIS students.

Please note that students are required to submit new bus application for EACH new academic year and the services will NOT be automatically renewed. Due to mandatory bus policy for Pok Fu Lam Campus, all students at this campus are required to submit bus application.

            

Application Deadline = June 30, 2021 (Wednesday)

Bus registration is open throughout the academic year
as we recognize that new students will register after he/she has been accepted to GSIS.

PAYMENT AND DEADLINE

Payment shall be settled by Bank Transfer / Cheque / FPS / Alipay HK / Visa or Masters.

The payment method will be all shown in the invoice and the invoice will be sent to enrollers by email. Credit Card Bank charges are covered by Synergy.

All payment shall be paid within 14 days after the invoice is sent. A reminder will be sent if payment is not received within 14 days after the invoice is sent.

 

Late payment fee of 150HKD will be charged if payment is not received within 5 working days after reminder is sent. If payment is not received, Synergy has the right to suspend the bus service for the respective student.

INSTANT BUS LOCATION

Synergy shall provide parents with real-time bus location online.​

Students who registered for the service could view the location of the bus instantly by login to the designated app. More details will be sending to parent in the route confirmation.
